Kyiv 2027 is Tru.'s developing framework for connecting veteran recovery with wider community rebuilding and long-term opportunity.
The programme brings together trusted support and information, inclusive community spaces, skills and enterprise, circular approaches to reconstruction, and Ukrainian and international partnerships.
Development will be phased and evidence-led. Initial activity is centred on Kyiv, with wider expansion dependent on demonstrated need, local partnership, delivery capacity and funding.
The programme is being developed through engagement with Ukrainian veterans, young people, professionals, organisations and technical specialists.
